Carbon Tax in Australia

And this is an interesting study on carbon tax in Australia. A country that has recently approved a 23 Australian dollars charge per carbon ton on the top 500 polluters starting from July 2012. This tax study concludes that, in the short term, the tax burden will be unequally distributed and low-income families will carry a relatively higher burden.
