Energy Saving in Hawaii's State Agencies

Star Advertiser reports that Hawaii’s agencies have cut electric use by 2.8% and saved more than $20 millions in energy costs during fiscal year 2010. These savings at state buildings were achieved through equipment improvements and solar installations.
